NetVPro, short for Network Virtualization Professionals is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Minnesota, with offices in Florida and Wisconsin. Our founder, Paul Berndt, has worked in Information Technology (IT) for over 30 years. Since our inception in 2010, NetVPro has provided comprehensive, dependable and cost effective IT solutions for data storage, backup, Disaster Recovery as a Service and Cybersecurity. We can help train your employees to be vigilant regarding good email hygiene practices as well as making your Operating system more tamper resistant. Our clients tell us we are unique because we emphasize an understanding of their business before we make any technical recommendations. We work directly with customers and also in conjunction with other MSPs to ensure a successful technical project. We customize our interactions utilizing existing tools and supplement when necessary to ensure a robust secure IT infrastructure. We provide assistance when internal IT resources need to be supplemented for special projects such as migrations, relocations or staff augmentation. Other clients rely on us to be a high level consultant on particularly challenging technical issues such as a compromise, or a system failure. We offer free diagnostic and Dark Web searches to see where your delinquent passwords or credentials are and determine gaps in your security stack, such as closing remote desk top protocols and threat mitigation through patch management. As an organization, we leverage local resources, virtualization and remote access capabilities to service our customers. We provide Break Fix services as well as fully managing your IT. We have built many long lasting relationships and are happy to provide references which can attest to the positive results we have achieved for our clients.
