In 2004 Emerge started with two beliefs, that technology solutions could be tailored to the customer and a technology company could excel in cultivating an employee centric culture. Now a thriving company with over 40 highly skilled engineers providing IT Solutions such as Planning & Design, Advanced Services, IT Managed Services, and Cloud Solutions we come to work every day with the same core values; to help people by being leaders, focusing on growth, and valuing internal and external relationships. The Emerge corporate mission is to be the most highly trusted technology adviser to the markets in which we serve. We accomplish this goal through best in class technical knowledge and competency all while providing superior customer service and investing in long-term relationships. Our customers often state our core differentiation as being centered around our dynamic expertise, professional integrity, and constantly being outcome focused. Emerge embraces a strong team-oriented work environment that not only contributes to daily achievements as a business and a team, but also extends into our passion to impact our community. Every year we find ways to give back through food drives and various community volunteer programs. Even from those first years, there has been a constant focus on growing relationships, not only with our customers but within the Emerge team as well. A deliberate concentration on culture and creating a positive, fun, and rewarding work environment has been key in our longevity and success. We believe that happy employees will always result in happy customers, and this has been proven year over year. By staying true to our core values, we look forward to continued success, helping as many organizations as possible by providing innovative solutions to drive their business forward.
